95% alumina ceramic plate is a kind of ceramic part which is made of 95% alumina material. It is white color, wear resistant, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant (1600-1700℃). The alumina ceramic chip has the characteristics of good chemical stability, high insulation resistance and strong adsorption capacity, is a kind of excellent electrical insulation and wear-resistance material. The alumina ceramic products are widely used in lamp holder, lamp header, blast nozzle, automobile components and other wear resistance parts.

This material has very high hardness, very high stiffness, very good corrosion resistance to chemicals at high temperature, and very high refractoriness or use temperature. They may be used for a variety of electrical, mechanical, and thermal applications. They may be used as setter plates for firing parts in a kiln. The may be used for high temperature furnaces and as high temperature refractory turntables. They may also be used for jewelry or for applications requiring high wear or abrasion resistance. The thermal shock resistance is not very high so exercise rule of thumb caution. “The larger the piece of material the slower the rate of temperature increase should be applied to the piece.” Heat up slowly to avoid cracking in use.
